Michael Davitt Social Justice Flag

Updated: Oct 24, 2022

We are delighted to be working with the Michael Davitt Museum with support from Creative Ireland to pilot the first ever Social Justice Flag. Our aim is to foster a sense of inclusion and accessibility, empathy, creativity and break barriers. We will be working with artists throughout the year to develop our fully inclusive and accessible art exhibition by the end of the school year in 2023! Here is a look at the work to date with Carmel Balfe as we create an animated video developed by the children around the theme of social justice. We are proud to be the pilot school to promote the amazing historical work of Michael Davitt in a modern context.
